Because we receive a large volume of pick-up orders for each day, we request that all call-ahead orders be placed by 5:00pm the day before. When circumstances allow, we do our best to accommodate same day pre-order requests, but in any event, you may always come into the shop during our regular business hours and purchase any number of cupcakes as a walk-in customer.

For all pick-up and delivery orders, we kindly request payment in advance. Our delivery drivers do not accept cash on delivery.

Yes! We deliver to the greater Montreal area. The minimum order for delivery is one dozen cupcakes. Please allow 4-hour time window for delivery (select the desired time block at checkout)

We recommend that you store your cupcakes at room temperature. If you will be consuming the cupcakes more than 24 hours after purchasing them, you can freeze them and they are good for up to 10 days after they are purchased. To thaw them, leave them at room temperature for 2–3 hours before they are to be served.

Not at all! We are happy to serve walk-in customers but not all flavour will be available.

We decorate our cupcakes with a variety of handmade fondant hearts, flowers, and other seasonal decorations. Georgetown Cupcake is also pleased to offer custom fondant decorations for special occasions including holidays, birthdays, weddings, bridal showers, baby showers, and corporate events. In addition, cupcakes can be customized with personal monograms, corporate logos, or photos replicated on fondant. Custom decorations are offered at no additional charge. To inquire about placing a customized cupcake order, please contact and a Manager would be delighted to assist you.

Yes, we do offer special frosting colors for orders placed in advance. Color options include baby blue, baby pink, bubblegum pink or sunshine yellow frosting on either chocolate or vanilla cupcakes. For other colors or to discuss a custom order, please contact one of our locations and a Manager would be delighted to assist you.

Yes! For large custom orders, please email us a JPEG image and we can replicate it on the fondant decorations for your cupcakes. To discuss a custom order, please contact us.

Yes we do offer GF Cakes and Cupcakes, Vegan as well. If you have a severe intolerance to Gluten it is important for me to disclose that we aren’t a GF bakery therefore there is always a risk of Cross contamination. We work very hard at keeping our equipment sterile and baking at separate times of day but I did want to mention…

We bake most of our flavours in GF and Vegan as well. When you are ready to place your order please fill it in the comments or instructions box. You can always call in the order if you feel more comfortable speaking to one of our cake consultants.

We are NOT a nut-free bakery. Several of our flavors contain peanuts or other nut products. We recommend that customers with nut allergies err on the side of caution and refrain from eating our cupcakes.
