Emma will discuss various topics of interest beginning where it should with the idea, the concept you have and how that will fit in today’s market place. She will go over the fundamentals of what is needed to take it from the Idea stage which she calls Dream Phase into the Planning Phase. She will share her story and key information that will help you in your own business venture.
The Leap – Part 2

Time: 9am – 12pm
Emma will discuss the transitional steps needed to take the dream off the spreadsheet and turn into reality. How to find the perfect retail space, negotiate a commercial lease, do you need a lawyer? Is it an online only business? Should you get a pro to design your website? Should you incorporate or register? What are legal names? What is the best way to obtain financing and so much more. Speaking from experience and living it everyday, Emma is the right candidate to help you along this journey of taking the leap!
Now What? – Part 3
Date: February 4th, 2018
Time: 9am – 1pm
Emma will discuss everything you will need to know to run and operate your business and balance family life. From day to day operations to the bigger picture. Staffing, taxes, suppliers, customer service and so much more. This is the last class in this series and Emma will provide guidance for you as you commit to your business plan or decide to take a little longer to plan it out, either way, you will be equipped with the right information to make the best decision for you.
